COMMUNITY COOKBOOK PROJECT:
cooking THRU COVID
This is the inaugural community cookbook for what we hope will become a regular tradition at Chatham and within the Eden Hall community. The hope for this project is to share recipes and related food memories within this unique community of ours, and in particular this year as many of us are about to depart from campus and return to remote learning.
The theme for this year's cookbook will be Cooking thru COVID. We want to hear about the foods and recipes that remind you of home, bring you comfort, or have gotten you through.
Maybe it is a new recipe you’ve perfected or experimented with over this past year. Maybe it is a trusty favorite you always return to or have made a hundred of times. Whatever it is, we want to hear about it, as well as create a platform for us to share these comfort foods with one another!
In addition to your recipe, we'd love to hear about a memory associated with it-- an event, story, or moment that makes this recipe special to you. The plan is to compile these stories and recipes into a virtual or electronic community cookbook to be released next semester.
If you are interested, please click on the link below to fill out the recipe submission form by Saturday, January 4th.
If you are having any issues or have further questions, please email ehcookbook@gmail.com for further assistance! We are very excited to bring the different members of our community together through food and hope you can participate!
