To date, collaborations have included conducting feasibility studies and capacity analyses for food hubs and commercial kitchens and consulting on corresponding construction projects, fostering regional brand and identity through culinary tourism and trail development, developing new partnerships for alternative emergency food pathways that center sustainable livelihoods and job creation, and more.
