Indian Parathas

  • Chatham University Eden Hall Campus 6035 Ridge Road Gibsonia, PA, 15044 United States (map)

Join us for a hands-on paratha (Indian stuffed bread) making workshop. Parathas are a popular stuffed flat bread in India eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Participants will leave with the knowledge and recipes to recreate these dishes at home!
