Join us for a hands-on paratha (Indian stuffed bread) making workshop. Parathas are a popular stuffed flat bread in India eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Local chef Jayashree Iyengar of Popping Mustard Seeds will lead participants in making two varieties of parathas using moong beans and potatoes and a side of raita for a delicious treat. Participants will leave with the knowledge and recipes to recreate these dishes at home!
This will be an in-person class. Chatham University’s current policy states that mask-wearing is required indoors, regardless of vaccination status.
Refunds will be issued up to 48 hours before the class.
