From farmers to restauranteurs and everyone in between all food businesses have faced a variety of changes to their business model in the past calendar year. Have you taken the opportunity to reevaluate your core competencies to understand how to thrive in the coming year? This 1-hour session is designed to provide business owners a method of accounting for these changes. Learn how to evaluate your business and use your strengths and opportunities to your advantage while minimizing your weaknesses and threats.  

Businesses in attendance will be invited to shares their experience over the past year and engage in an easy, take-home method to reevaluate their business model for 2021 and beyond.
