This webinar will provide an overview of FDA and USDA regulations and requirements for developing a nutrition label for packaged food products.  We will discuss approved methods for determining nutrition data, development of a nutrition facts panel, ingredient statement development, allergen labeling requirements, and touch on health and nutrition claims and regulations for making claims for consumer product goods.  

This webinar will be helpful for companies new to developing packaged food products for retail sale or those who want a refresher on FDA and USDA labeling requirements and health and nutrition claim marketing.
