With the cancelation of countless events and the temporary closing of many venues, food trucks experienced an incredibly difficult year. However, due to their mobility and ability to provide socially distant dining, is the food truck model the most resilient option as we emerge from the COVID-19 crisis? Join two experienced Food Truck owners, Jordan Robarge of Revival Chili and Luke Cypher of Blue Sparrow as they recap their experiences the past year and offer suggestions and insight for the next generation of food truck owners.
