Join us alongside local maltsters Brendan and Oana Carroll from CNC Malting Company for a virtual workshop explaining malt for professionals! There will be video footage of their facility, a show of different malts and their uses, how to determine if you have a quality malt and other ways that malting can be used. Learn about the ways that malt is not just used for brewing, but also distilling and baking. After a 45 minute in depth explanation of malt, a 15-minute Q&A session with the Carrolls will top off the hour workshop. It is free to register and will be recorded for future use.
