Rachel Bernier-Green

Rachel Bernier-Green is a recovering accountant turned serial social entrepreneur. In 2013, she founded ‘Laine’s Bake Shop, a baked good manufacturing company located in Chicago with a social mission. ‘Laine’s uses sustainable ingredients to craft desserts and pastries that are sold to consumers through their online store and to retailers such as Whole Foods Market and Starbucks. Rachel is an alumni of the Good Food Business Accelerator, and the Neighborhood Entrepreneurship Lab Accelerator. She is also a founding member of the Artisan Grain Collaborative.
