Crust Worthy is a small-scale, community-supported artisan baking operation that uses wholesome ingredients, natural-leavening, and slow-fermentation methods to provide delicious and nutritious sourdough breads and baked goods to local customers.
Driftwood Oven has been making sourdough pizza and bread since August of 2015. Initially a mobile unit, we now operate a brick and mortar at 3615 Butler Street in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh.

Tucked in the undulating hills of Western Pennsylvania, this micro-bakery creates classic and novel flavor combinations through the use of exceptional, unique and local ingredients. Owned and operated by a single baker, Novel Breads Co. finds its inspiration in literature.
When Jodi and Bob opened the doors to North Country Brewing Company in 2005, they couldn’t have expected the support and demand for good craft beer that Slippery Rock had. Over the years, our brewpub has featured over 100 different types of beers, ranging from traditional reds and stouts to more outlandish and experimental brews such as bacon-flavored brews and chai tea infused ales.
Weatherbury Farm mills Organic Local Flour. Everything from putting the seed in the ground to putting the flour in the bag is done on the farm. We are one of only a handful of farms in the country that mill local flour (from grains grown on their farm) and the only farm that has complete traceability of the flour back to the field with our Grain Tracker.
Wild Rise Bakery is a dedicated Gluten Free, wholefood forward endeavor that showcases assorted grain flours through its offerings of bread and baked goods.

CNC Malt started from the passion for craft beer and the desire to create something unique that represents the true flavor of Pennsylvania.
Established in 2015, in the former Clearfield Township elementary school in Butler County Pennsylvania, CNC Malt applies traditional floor malting techniques to locally sourced grains and delivers unique flavor craft malts to Pennsylvania craft beverage industry.
