Grayson Skupin

Grayson Skupin is a Masters of Arts in Food Studies student at Chatham University. From Houston, Texas, they graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with degrees in French and Francophone Studies, Organizational Communication, and History. A long-time hospitality industry veteran, they have experience across back of house roles, including Line Cook, Prep Cook, Baker, Prep Team Manager, Pastry Chef, and Kitchen Manager, giving them insight into the organizational, logistical, and creative needs of modern food businesses. In their free time, they enjoy cooking, fermenting and preserving the bounty of Western Pennsylvania agriculture, reading, and fiber arts.
