Mariela Camacho

Mariela Camacho founded Comadre Panadería in Seattle, Washington in 2017, with the goal of nourishing the Latinx diaspora and its rich food culture with whole, equitable, and nutritious ingredients. It is the culmination of over 10 years of professional baking and her experience growing up in South Texas as a first generation American, and daughter of Mexican immigrants. She is currently based in her hometown of San Antonio, Texas, where she moved her business in 2019.
