Kirsten Chervenak

Kirsten Chervenak is a graduate student at Chatham University working toward a Master of Arts degree in Food Studies. After working as an actor for 10 years, Kirsten started a small business in 2021 selling artisanal sourdough crackers and dips. As a small business owner, Kirsten understands the creative, financial, organizational, and communication needs of starting and running a business. Kirsten is also certified as a ServSafe instructor and proctor and as such is able to help clients navigate the specifics of establishing and running a food business safely.
